Finally it is working with no need to nstall a new Kernal, what you need
to do is simply download and install the lates version of this audio
Package: oem-audio-hda

1- Download & Install this Package: 
https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-audio-dev/+archive/alsa-daily/+packages, 
then Reboot
2- Go to "Sound Settings", you should now see your hdmi device listed, select 
it and your done.
