It would be very useful to provide a link to Yannick's documentation in the Ubuntu docs. However, I'd advise against including all of it in the system docs because it's very in-depth; it's probably best to leave large, extended guides such as this on the wiki. Including Yannick's guide would virtually replace the Ekiga documentation we ship!
