@Mark Shuttleworth (sabdfl) The minimize button is not "prominent" at all! In fact, it's invisible if the application is maximized.
More to the point, though: if I clicked a launcher button for an open window accidentally and I now want that window to go away again, it's much easier to just click that launcher button again -- conveniently near the mouse I just clicked it with -- rather than run off to whichever screen the window is on so I can find its minimize button, which may or may not be visible and/or accessible. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/733349 Title: Minimize Application's Windows upon clicking its Launcher Icon To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ayatana-design/+bug/733349/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
