did hda-jack-sense-test -a indicate which node return yes when you
plugged the subwoofer ?

pulseaudio seem already using surround-21 profile

Profilo attivo: output:analog-surround-21+input:analog-stereo

do you mean no sound on subwoofer or cannot control the volume ?

the amp in values of audio output seem different from the control 100%
but same as virtual master 75%

did speaker-test work or not ?

speaker-test -c2 -d -D front -t wav

not sure whether you need two or three channels for surround21

speaker-test -c2 -d -D surround21 -t wav

speaker-test -c3 -d -D surround21 -t wav
