Public bug reported: I am currently using kernel 3.14.2-031402-generic on a Toshiba nb500d netbook where everything works. But on kernel 3.16.0-24-generic (default on lubuntu 14.10) after standby the screen stays black I can heare the fan and and the disc spinning and all the leds behave like starting from standby.
