You have been subscribed to a public bug: On Ubuntu 13.10 a Lenovo X1 Carbon running Ubuntu 64-bit has problems to communicate with bluetooth input devices on resume from suspend. This problem happened only after upgrade to Ubuntu 13.10.
Reloading the module btusb fixes the problem (rmmod btusb; modprobe btusb). Placing the module name btusb in the MODULES parameter on /etc/default/acpi-support does not fix the problem. I had to create a script in /etc/pm/sleep.d/ to make the module reload successfully. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Bluetooth disabled after resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1242310 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
