Public bug reported: When using synergy as a client on Ubuntu 17.10, the mouse disappears whenever it enters the screen.
This bug has been reported in public Symless forums, also here: https://symless.com/forums/topic/4393-no-mouse-and-keyboard-input-on- ubuntu-1710-client/ If the display manager is changed to "Ubuntu" then the mouse pointer does not show. If the display manager is changed to "Ubuntu on xorg" then the mouse pointer is displayed. In both cases, the mouse actually works, it just isn't shown in the default setting. There are other bugs in "Ubuntu on xorg" that make this not an ideal solution. ** Affects: synergy (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: artful -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1728465 Title: Mouse pointer disappears on client in 17.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/synergy/+bug/1728465/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
