Public bug reported:

Reinstalled couple of times - used grub repair options found on wiki and
last found a froum for acer aspire ES1-512 when I changed some bios
options and started to reinstall - bug appeared that grub cannot be
installed. Ahh I forgot to mention that when I completed instalation
couple of times it never rebooted and I always needed to crtl alt delete
reboot; it does not show grub in bios or on start up and it auto enters
windows.
