That config shouldn't be on at all, it's just a performance test that
isn't likely to be of interest to users. I agree it's weird though -- it
shouldn't cause boot problems, as it shouldn't be loaded automatically
(the module doesn't even have any modaliases). Regardless, I will
disable the option.
