I am not sure if the problem is libva or intel-media-va-driver-non-free?
I encoded a video file using ffmpeg libsvtav1 which mpv hwdec=vaapi
hwdec-codecs=av1 was able to play flawless. ... All test videos
downloaded online will only software decode using libdav1d. (AV1
Hardware decode through mpv produces glitches as per attached screen
shot)
