I have only the buggy kernel 5.13 for booting in my Lenovo laptop, so I
can not boot at all into the system.

If you have the same problem, you can avoid loading the psmouse adding
to the kernel boot params:

modprobe.blacklist=psmouse

and at least you can boot the system and use it to install a new kernel
once the problem is fixed.
