Hi Paul:

Greetings from Seattle. Thanks for getting back to me. I am awaretheses
projects are limited staffing. Being an open source project wedo what we can
when we can. I am appreciated of the open source beingavailable. Sometimes we
old school get used to daily life with an OS.I recently upgraded to Ubuntu
20.04. Best thing ever. Morestreamlined with more useful utilities. Even
noticed the graphicsdriver delivers a more sharper picture with the same flat
screen usedwith the 16.04.

Keep up the good work, thanks.

Todd in Seattle

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-life on April 29, 2021.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported when
using a currently supported version of Ubuntu? Please let us know if you
do, and describe in details the problems that you are experiencing,
otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
