Jan also added a testcase to the upstream bug, that calls clutter-gst
directly and does not require cheese:

$ gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! jpegenc ! jpegdec ! clutterautovideosink

Attached is a picture running the testcase with clutter-gst-3.0
3.0.27-2build2, showing distorted picture.
