  * Restore ?garbage by calling MarkAndSweep before parsing (LP: #1995790)
  * For phasing, check if current version is a security update, not just 
previous ones
    (LP: #2051181)
  * Point gitlab-ci and gbp at mantic branch
  * CI: Do not require UID 1000 for our test user
