Sorry about that, it works fine with tas2563, but I couldn't test it with tas2781. Something related to power management can cause this also. Please try the following and report if it fixes the issue: amixer -c 1 cset numid=3,name='Speaker Force Firmware Load' 1 It is possible that the -c 1 and the numid parameters are not exactly these, they can be obtained from `amixer -c 1 contents` or `amixer -c 0 contents`.
