Public bug reported: scroll wheel events generated from the xorg joystick input driver and wacom mouse wheel are working in non qt5 application (eg: gtk), but not in qt5 (so all kde plasma5) applications.
This is a long reported upstream QT5 regression (it worked in QT4) and I am reporting it here to see if others are running into this issue in their use cases. Affects all QT5 versions (and likely QT6 though I have not checked).
