I've been fighting with this bug for about 2 months now. I've tried the new mutter fixes but nothing seemed to work.
The only thing that has worked for me is listed below 1. Reinstall Ubuntu LTS 22.04.4 without any upgrade or just don't connect it to the internet. 2. After ubuntu install first thing you do is put a hold the mutter packages ``` sudo dpkg -i *mutter*.deb echo libmutter-$package hold | sudo dpkg --set-selections ``` 3.
