This is a problem with the jack "driver" in zynaddsubfx. It also seems
to loose jack connection on the first occuring xrun and after that also
jack (in addition to zyn) has to be restarted before getting any sound
from zynaddsubfx again. This is a known problem in zynaddsubfx but there
are no real fixes for it. One patch ("jack zombification patch") exists
which prevents zynaddsubfx from disconnecting from jack but some people
say the results more clicks than it removes problems. For me the patch
seemed to work ok.

One "fix" for the problem is to use very large "Frames/Periods" settings
for Jack. When setting it to 1024 the problems seem to go away.

I'll test the zombification patch some more and maybe add the patch to
this bug report. Having clicks with heavy load is not as bad as having
zynaddsubfx disconnect from jack all the time.
