This comes up on EVERY 7.10 update (after a new install). So it says, "new updates avaliable", then you start the update process. It will fail nearly ~45% at the qt3 package, and you have to finish it in a terminal. Just type sudo apt-get upgrade (and it will continue) and then press Y to accept the maintainer package.
So. This is occuring on a single update (on i386 + amd64 too), not when you upgrade to 8.04 (I don't tried this method). If you want, I will attach the log tomorrow.
