For the benefit of those who still may be having trouble in reading
Tamil I am replying in English.

Thanks for informing that only in Topics they appear as question marks
for you. What it means is that in your subscription settings for this
mail list for Digest Mode you have chosen MIME option and not Plain
Text and thats the best you could have if you want digest mode.

Is there any reason you prefer Digest Mode over Individual E-mail postings?.

I advise Digest Mode users when replying from a digest posting to do
some editing of the content that comes up on pressing Reply Button:

1. Edit the Subject field to correspond to the individual message you
are replying to.

For example if the message sbject is
[உபுண்டு_தமிழ்]Fonts
or
Re: [உபுண்டு_தமிழ்]Fonts

the make your subject field to be Re: [உபுண்டு_தமிழ்]Fonts

Avoid having a subject title like Ubuntu-l10n-tam Digest, Vol xx.....etc

2. Most importantly do not quote the entire a digest in your reply.
Quote only relevant portions of the message you are responding to by
deleting out the rest (like I have done here). If all digest content
is sent again as part of quoting, especially by many in same day, the
purposes of Digest would get defeated. I will explain this in another
mail especially for the attention of the list owner / moderators.
