Please sync mailto 1.3.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has fixed ftbfs with GCC 4.4 hence can be synced
Changelog since current lucid version 1.3.2-2ubuntu1:
mailto (1.3.2-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Disable included version of getline() since it is unused and produce
an FTBFS (closes: Bug#551449)
