The client is seeking someone who can provide guidance on the capabilities of the delivered ePerformance and eCompensation functionality and configuration. This guidance should lead the client to a process that requires no modifications to the delivered functionality. This project is a plan/analyze project ? design/build/test/deploy will be in a subsequent project. This role is highly client facing and will frame the later implementation project. * *SKILLS: **Full lifecycle and operations experience with PeopleSoft ePerformance and eCompensation preferred, Hands-on experience with functionality and configuration required.
