ArrowBuf.nioBuffer() reference counting

Hello,

When using (on Java) ArrowBuf.nioBuffer(), does care need to be taken
so that the underlying ArrowBuf doesn't go out of scope? Or does it
increment the reference count somewhere behind the scenes?
