Local reads metric

Hey
Do reads that come from a read repair are somehow counted as part of the
local read metric?
i.e
org.apache.cassandra.metrics.Table.<MetricName>.<Keyspace>.<Table> :
ReadLatency.1m_rate

Version is 4.0.4
