Why GridDiscoveryManager onSegmentation use StopNodeFailureHandler?

Why GridDiscoveryManager onSegmentation use StopNodeFailureHandler?
But not the StopNodeOrHaltFailureHandler !
In my case,when net problem happen, I wan't the jvm close?
