Note "secure" in the above description. For example WebRTC will not work without https via Chrome. You can easily check what is being used to access your camera and mic via Chrome... For example - in my case, if I put https://mydomain.com .... it is automatically redirected to https://mydomain.com/openmeetings Once I am logged in and do the camera / mic test on the dashboard page - which opens up the test page in another tab... and "save" my configuration... which allows camera and mic permissions... I can then check the Chrome browser settings... simply open up "Settings" in Chrome...click on "Privacy and security" on the left side of the settings page that opens up... scroll to "Site Settings"... click on it... and scroll down to "Permissions"... you will see there is an option to check both camera and microphone... when you click on either of these options you will see a list of website addresses that have been given permission to access your camera and mic... however, the urls will also identify the port.... in my case it shows *https://mydomain.com:443 <https://mydomain.com:443>* You mentioned that access to your OM setup works at home but not at work... so there is clearly an access restriction... I would start off by simply asking your IT guys to remove restrictions to whatever the full URL address with port number shows up in the Chrome settings as described above. It is not uncommon companies restrict access to sites.... for example prohibiting social media access during work hours etc. As I am working on very limited information... when you mention everything works at home... I am assuming you can conduct a basic test by using 2 computers, with 2 OM accounts that have access to the same room whereby you can see and hear each user? One more point... assuming everything is set up correctly with OM... the fact that you mentioned that Big Blue Button (which also uses WebRTC and Kurento... and Turnserver config... if required) is not working also in the work environment (and assuming that has also been set up correctly)... then more than likely they share the same problem - simply down to user access restrictions. While this is not the most techie of responses I have shared... I had a situation some time back where the majority of my users were operating from home... but 1 user was operating from work and couldn't view or hear other users in a room (the other users were able to see and hear each other but not the person working from home. In this scenario it was easy to identify the problem was on his side. As a result, I would start by eliminating this problematic scenario before taking everything apart! And finally, when you do get everything working... you will realize that OM has come a long way in the last year and knocks the socks of BBB! A huge "thank you" @Maxim!
