Hi, I have a java application that is outputting a string every second. I'm running the wordcount example that comes with Spark 1.0, and running nc -lk 9999. When I type words into the terminal running netcat, I get counts. However, when I write the String onto a socket on port 9999, I don't get counts. I can see the strings showing up in the netcat terminal, but no counts from Spark. If I paste in the string, I get counts.
Any ideas? Thanks
