Hi With our current Kannel version in production, having some data coding issue. And we are using the below CGI variables with the values. alt-dcs=1 coding=0
When we sending a SMS to the carrier with the above coding settings, we saw that the data_coding suddenly change to 241 = 0x000000f1. This makes lots of troubles with the carrier about the char set and could someone please explain why it converted to 241 even I set it to 1? Many Thanks Roshan.
