If you have to have it, then your only real option is to use their RPMS https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-red-hat/#install-mongodb-community-edition They only build for EL but you can try installing on Fedora, as long as the deps are met, it should work.
