Though anyone using --downloaddir should be aware that the
directory passed as an option is (or was, when it came up
last)¹ erased by dnf system-upgrade, so you do not want to
pass it a directory like /home.  It should be given a
directory specifically for the upgrade, so if you put it
under /home, make it something like /home/system-upgrade.
