Are you asking for troubleshooting on getting windows RDP working in a windows 10 guest?
Shouldn't have anything to do with ovirt. Do you have a local admin account with the same credentials? That would explain why it works. To test, make a test user, make it an administrator and try instead of an RDP user group. Sounds like a permission issue.
