·  Provide basic Salesforce Administration Support such as creating and
deactivating users, etc.

·  Triage all Service Now tickets that come into the Salesforce Admin team
and assign to the proper individuals.

·  Help document various Salesforce Processes.

·  Help develop some Salesforce Processes.

·  Help generate Salesforce Reports when needed.

·  Work with Data Integration team to help resolve some data related issues
related to the Salesforce process flow.

·  Meet with various teams to help discuss / review processes, triage
problems, and some requirements gathering.

*Qualifications*

·  *1 – 2 years* of experience with basic *CRM system admin* (Salesforce is
preferred).

·  Process Oriented.

·  Proficient with Microsoft Office.

·  Familiarity with a Data Loader tool such as Jitterbit or Apex Data
Loader.

·  Experienced with writing processes and guidelines.

·  Works well with people as this person will need to be part of meetings
and participate actively.
