Dear Investors, If you have purchased in any of the below projects then please be warned DO NOT GO TO THE DEVELOPER OR DYNASTY ZAROONI'S offices to sign any contracts. 1. Kleindherst – K –Hotel Suites 2. G & G Partners – Villa Caria 3. Sheffield Real Estate – Sheffield Classique Tower 4. Al Fajer Properties – Ebony and Ivory Tower. All of these projects were sold by Dynasty Zarooni. The Legal Advocates dealing with the many claims against Dynasty Zarooni have advised that all individuals that signed any contracts either at the developers office or at Dynasty Zarooni's office, under duress, pressure, or under threat by Mr Hilal Al Zarooni or Mr Khabir Mulchandnai. Then these contracts are VOID and you are legally entitled to get your monies back, ESPECIALLY AS THERE WERE NO WITNESSES PRESENT AT THE SIGNING OF THESE DOCUMENTS. Investors are currently being called by either the developers of the above or by Dynasty Zarooni to come in along with a WITNESS to sign new contracts. Please REFRAIN from doing this. They have realized that they are WRONG and they are trying to correct their mistakes (which is impossible at this stage). Please do not sign any further contracts until you have consulted with your legal attorneys. The contracts that were signed under pressure and duress are LEGALLY VOID and will not stand up in court. Legally you are entitled to your money back so please once again until you have obtained legal advice do not sign ANY documents especially not with a witness as these perpetrators are trying to correct their wrong doings. They have committed wrongdoing and are now trying to correct thier mistakes, don't help them as their intentions was to Defraud you. Get legal advice do not sign anything even if you are threatened, held under duress or pressured. These are your life savings at stake. THINK BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING. Shortly there will be a JUDGEMENT against Dynasty Zarooni, which will be made public soon and all investors who have invested in these projects AND NOT SIGNED NEW CONTRACTS WITH, WILL BE ENTITLED TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.
