I was thinking one day of just having a set up where I sit in front on the i-Sight-equipped MacBook for three minutes and talk about some subject of the day. So after thinking and thinking about it, I did it. The rule for me is that it can't be longer than three minutes and I can't use any uploaded images other than the base video itself. So I use photos in my hand!
