Zope / Apache/ SQL / .Net Guru: Temporary or long term position

Start Immediately. Initial phase of project must be completed by and
deliverable September 30, 2007.
 
Negotiable rate/salary. Very generous for the right skills and
personality.
 
I'll save the list of qualifications/job specifics and cut to the chase.  
Independent contractor or freelancer is ok. US citizenship required. No
criminal record (security clearance(s) a plus/may be required long term).
 
Must demonstrate/provide proof of competency: Zope, Apache, & SQL (as
well  
as .NET, Python etc...).
 
Job is in Hamptons Roads Virginia. Out of towner's may apply but this
is a  
local hire position. Per Diem/Housing allowance is possible.
