I don't know how to do this off the top of my head, so I did a web search and 
found the following article Show, hide, and view the Bcc (blind carbon copy) 
field in Outlook for Windows - Microsoft

To do it myself though, while composing a message, I'd hit alt+q and type 
"BCC". The first option will be to show the BCC field. Hit enter on this and 
the BCC field will appear.
