I'm afraid not in the near future. In general, it is impossible to process JS from Wget because it is a full-featured language, and one with interactive constructs. I suppose something could be hacked to snag the usual, "rollover"-type images manipulated by JavaScript, but I've never felt particularly inspired to code it.
