TYPE no longer works in MySQL 5.5. Many people's LocalSettings.php files will
still have $wgDBTableOptions set to "TYPE=InnoDB", which would produce the 1064
error Joss had (I'm not positive about everybody else's problems). The updater
should probably check for this.
