Restricted Application added a subscriber: Aklapper.

TASK DESCRIPTION
**Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where):

I would like to be able to see edits in real time to entities and to be able
to listen to changes using the API.

**Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem,
and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not
describe only a solution):

Users currently have to refresh the page in order to see new edits and see
statements sorted in order.

User scripts that edit data have to use both the Wikibase API and change the
UI on their own to reflect changes in real-time to the user.

**Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):

Users will see statements automatically sorted.

User script authors will only have to use the Wikibase API to reflect that an
entity has been changed.
