TASK DESCRIPTION **Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where): I would like to be able to query entity/statement metadata using SPARQL so that I can filter results by the date an entity was created, who added a statement, etc. **Benefits** (why should this be implemented?): Much more powerful querying giving insights into the state of a Wikibase instance over time. If all MediaWiki metadata was queryable that would be even more awesome :P.
