I can confirm the issue and it does indeed look like it is the same issue as in T284444 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T284444>. Assuming it is the same issue: @Ladsgroup you fixed it there by running a script. Since this seems to be a recurring issue I'd like to figure out the root-cause. Is the issue that it's not properly documented in the steps for creating a new Wiktionary or are people not following the documentation?
