TASK DESCRIPTION **Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where): WDQS should let the user know that the length of tgeeir query is the reason why link shortening failed. **Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution): WDQS currently just says "URL shortening failed" and doesn't describe the reason because the query was too long. **Benefits** (why should this be implemented?): People asking less questions why their query failed.
