TASK DESCRIPTION **Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where): Users should be notified when other users change a statement previously created. **Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution): People sometimes change stuff you added and you don't notice it. This can lead to conflicts down the line say if the edit is recognized a few months later, or even leave data incorrect for a long period of time if it is never noticed. **Benefits** (why should this be implemented?): Better community working together. Bad edits to your statements get rectified. Good edits will be thanked for!
