Actually, I'm surprised by your shock, and saddened you didn't read my original email. This is hard enough for us to do--and we certainly appreciate people taking the time to read things thoroughly. If you had read it, you would understand that this was not a broad applicant rejection but that most of the decisions had been made. We have been sending out general "We are sorry" emails, to those who have already been eliminated.
