Also, if it's any help to mention.... I have been very happy with this SUL tool, which I have used to confirm user names, edit counts, and which areas of Wikimedia / Wikipedia new and experienced editors are editing. I set up a VLOOKUP that I use to confirm user names, and use the user ID as the control / unique identifier (i.e., User ID : 27454434).
https://tools.wmflabs.org/quentinv57-tools/tools/sulinfo.php example: https://tools.wmflabs.org/quentinv57-tools/tools/sulinfo.php?username=BrillLyle I set this up for the WM NYC 2015 Metrics document, as the first step for gathering metrics is gathering names of users who are participating in editathons. And yes, I am ashamed how low my Wikidata edit count is. :-) - Erika p.s. Also notice there's another tool -- for unified accounts only: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth example: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ACentralAuth&target=BrillLyle On Tue, Apr 26, 2016 at 3:16 PM, Amanda Bittaker <abitta...@wikimedia.org> wrote: > Hullo Pine, > > >> On Monday, April 25, 2016, Pine W <wiki.p...@gmail.com> wrote: >>> >>> 3.
