Most of us are subbed to this list to read about 313-techno. Some of us pay for web access. Some of us have difficulty accessing the web.
I honestly don't mind a few off-topic posts here and there... in fact it can be interesting. But, I don't need a mail box full of posts about the technical merits of drum machines, subjective analysis of Detroit 'politics', and tit-for-tat posts about musical taste.
