amazing. Just because i didn't praise magda as an amazing dj i'm dissing
her? I said she was AN AVERAGE dj. *in my opinion*, I don't think she's a
special dj. In fact, i feel there are TONS of local talent who deserve more
recognition than magda. I've seen her multiple times, including just a few
weeks ago. Never once has she impressed me. she hasn't bled my ears in any
sense (well, she DOES have a problem with riding the red on mixers). Now,
i'm certain she's a nice person, i'm positive she'd probably be a hoot to
hang out with, and of course her musical knowledge is pretty extensive.
that doesn't mean i have to like her as a dj.
in fact it can work against you with the ignorant and misogynistic,

i'm not being misogynistic. If i thought she had some serious talent, i'd
be agreeing with everyone. But just because she spins some killer
minimalism I don't feel makes her a good dj. Why did i make the comment
about richie having a crush? It was partially sarcastic, but it was simply
a response to the fact that i personally don't know why richie would be so
impressed with her, especially when the man is obsessed with forwarding the
science of djing. For someone i find so average, i'm merely curious as to
why *her.* See my point?
