I'm not sure what it means either but I seem to like a lot of the stuff decsribed as glitch. All sorts of people have been described as glitch from Akufen to Pole, from Luomo to Kid 606. Even Robert Hood and Basic Channel stuff has been referred to as glitch. Staeside 313ers might understand it as minimal laptop IDM kinda stuff.
