bzzzt wrong. :)
they held that once in leeds (in roundhey park...i was there...they
bottled out of holding it on floats around the city). the place was
swamped with police and due to concentrating eveyone in a small leeds
park the facilities were unable to cope.
the love parade (in leeds) is now a neutered, charged for mini-festival.
ah well
