Oh, hey don't get me wrong, I couldn't be arsed to argue what he does or believes in as long as he's not killing people *cough*bush*cough* but if you're gonna take a stand with the express purpose to set an example...
...I'm just saying. To be honest, I'm still glad someone's saying it to the masses cause at the end of the day no matter if he's the most insincere cat alive, someones bound to take him seriously (in his case legions probably) and that can't hurt with a good message. What I was saying though, is that if it WAS about setting an example, he'd probably have been doing that in other ways a long time ago. It's more likely due to some recent epiphany/guilt complex. But who knows really though eh? Could be that he really still feels that his mailing list is family and therefore feels free to be open with these things as he wouldn't with another audience (and that's just dandy). Just a couple cents. And the view? Absolute crap man, you wouldn't believe the clouds blowing around up here. :) K -----Original Message----- From: Martin Dust [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, September 04, 2007 6:04 PM To: Stoddard, Kamal Cc: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: (313) Global Wierding He's a DJ not the Pope, what's the view like from up there fella? ;) m Stoddard, Kamal wrote: > I can think of about a million other ways that he can set a better > example for their usual audience by easing up on a few behavioral > eccentricities (or at least not putting said behaviors on such a public > pedestal) as opposed to championing a new cause with a new (quite > possibly guilt induced) set of eccentricities.
